Moses Williams

Moses was born on October 5th, 1824 in Franklin Co,Illinois.  Moses' father was Rial Williams and his mother was Orpha Garrett.  His paternal grandparents were Philemon Williams and Lucy Green; his maternal grandparents were Moses Garrett and Phoebe Hunt. He had eight brothers and eight sisters, named Infant Boy, Philimon, Rial, Garrett, Thomas Martin, Robert, Warren, Green, Sena, Elizabeth, Nancy, Lucinda, Margaret, Phoebe, Orpha and Matilda Ann.  He was the fifth oldest of the seventeen children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Ervin, Burton Sanders and Infant Girl.  He died at the age of 38 on February 11th, 1863 in Brayden,Arkansas.
