William III Count of Forcalquier and Marquis of Provence

William III Count of Forcalquier and Marquis of Provence was born in 1078.¹ William III Count of Forcalquier and Marquis of Provence's father was Armengol (Ermengaude) IV Count of Urgel and his mother was Adelaide. His paternal grandparents were Armengol (Ermengaude) III Count of Urgel and Clemencia de Bigorre; his maternal grandparents were William Count of Provence and Avignon Bertrand and Adelaide of Ivrea. He was an only child. He died at the age of 51 in October 1129 in Avignon.¹
