Ann was born in Anne Arundel County,Maryland. Ann's father was John West and her mother was Matilda Scarborough. Her paternal grandparents were Anthony West and Ann Huffe; her maternal grandparents were Col. Edmund Scarborough and Mary Littleton. She had six brothers and six sisters, named Jonathon, The Elder ,West, The Younger ,West, Alexander, Anthony, Benony, Catherine, Scarburgh, Frances, Mary, Matilda and Sarah. She died in May 1749 in Anne Arundel County,Maryland.-
