Samuel Louis Walters 
Samuel Louis was born on July 23rd, 1903 in Illinois. Samuel Louis' father was Frances Elmer Neaveill and his mother was Mary Drusilla Walter. His maternal grandparents were George Washington Walter and Elizabeth Levit McLain. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Charles Richard, Walter Percy, Robert Lee, Luella Ellen, Julia Elizabeth, Hula May, Hazel Esther and Eva Lucille. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 71 on June 18th, 1975 in El Paso,Illinois.-
