Josiah Terry

Josiah was born in 1780 in Virginia.¹   Josiah's father was John Terry and his mother was Esther Brown.  His paternal grandparents were William Terry and Rachel Manson. He had eleven brothers and a sister, named William, George F., Haden, John, Elijah, Elisha, J. Elias, Miles, Thomas, Daniel, Jasper and Esther (Easter). He had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named John, William, Elisha, Elias, Thomas, Sally, Esther, Rachel and Elizabeth.  He died at the age of 88 in 1868 in Oneida,Scott,TN.¹ 

They had a son named William.
