Gustavus Beauregard Sligh 
Gustavus Beauregard was born on May 6th, 1862.1 Gustavus Beauregard's father was Emmanuel S. Sligh and his mother was Sarah D. "Sallie" Glymph. His maternal grandparents were Lemuel Glymph and Sarah Kinard. He had six brothers and five sisters, named John Lemuel, Charles William, Thomas Edward, Henry Middleton, James Pickney, Robert Lee, Elma, Sara "Sallie" Elma, Nora Ella, Ada C. and Minnie F.. He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.1 -
