Constance of was born about 1118.1   Constance of's father was Roger II 'the Great' King of Naples and Sicily and her mother was Elvira de Castile.  Her paternal grandfather was Robert Guiscard Duke of Apulia, Calabria and Sicily d'Hautev; her maternal grandparents were Alfonso VI 'the Brave' King of Castile and Leon and Zaida (Maria, Isabel, Ximena) Princess of Dania.  She was an only child.  She died in 1198.

‌Constance of and Henry VI Emperor of Germany, Holy Roman Emperor were married in a religious ceremony in Milan,Italy.  They had a son named Frederick II Holy Roman Emperor.
