William Shipley 
William was born in 1755 in Anne Arundel County,Maryland. William's father was William Shipley and his mother was Rebecca Sellman. His paternal grandparents were Robert Shipley and Elizabeth Stevens; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Lawrence Sellman and Anne Powell. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Robert, Lloyd, Vachel, Elijah, Levin, George, Jesse, Patience and Providence. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 64 on November 8th, 1819 in Anne Arundel County,Maryland.-

Mary (Polly) Shipley
Mary (Polly) was born on April 13th, 1798. She died at the age of 62 on September 18th, 1860.
