Robert Shipley 
Robert was born in 1678 in Anne Arunel County,Maryland. Robert's father was Adam Shipley and his mother was Lois Howard. His paternal grandfather was Hugh Shipleigh. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Richard, Adam, Peter, Keturah and Lois. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died in & 7-3-1763 Anne Arundel County,MD.
‌Robert and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony in Anne Arundel County,Maryland. They had four sons and five daughters, named William, Charles, George, Robert, Elizabeth, Keturah, Lois (Lowis), Ruth and Sarah.

He died in moved to Lunenburg Co. VA 1750,later. He was buried in to Mechlenburg Co. NC,1771-2.
