Sarah Shepherd 
Sarah was born on August 27th, 1782 in Wilkes County,North Carolina. Sarah's father was Robert Shepherd and her mother was Sarah Rash. Her paternal grandparents were George Shepherd and Elizabeth Mary Angelique Day; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Rash and Mary Warren. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named John, James, Elizabeth, Nancy Ann, Mary (Polly), Rhoda, Frances (Fanny), Rebecca and Agnes Jane. She died at the age of 76 in November 1858. She was buried in Tucker Cem.,Madison County,Indiana.General Notes
