Elsberry Scott

Elsberry was born on January 7th, 1828.  Elsberry's father was Harvey Scott and his mother was Kessiah E. Clark.  His paternal grandparents were Marmaduke Scott and Miriam (Mary) Jackson; his maternal grandfather was Goshen Clark. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Haywood, Harvey, Marmaduke (Duke), Lillian, Nancy Ann and Amelia.  He died at the age of 64 on June 21st, 1892.  He was buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery,near Ovid,Indiana.

They had two sons and three daughters, named William Harvey, John E., Anna, Emma and Evaline.
