Joseph SWETT

Joseph was born on January 21st, 1621 in Wymondham,Norfolk,England and his baptism took place there on January 21st, 1621.  Joseph's father was John SWETT and his mother was Sarah SWEET.  His paternal grandparents were Richard SWEET and Mrs SWETT. He had six brothers and two sisters, named John, Joseph, Joseph, Stephen, Capt. Benjamin, John, Dorcas and Sarah.  He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 67 on January 20th, 1689 in Boston,Suffolk,Ma.  He was buried in 1695 in Boston,Suffolk Co,Mass.
