William David Riggins 
William David was born in 1827 in Russell,KY.1 William David's father was Thomas W. Riggins and his mother was Malinda Jones. His paternal grandparents were William David Riggins and Methurisa Chisenhall; his maternal grandfather was Fielding Jones (Possibly). He had two brothers and two sisters, named George Washington, Thomas John, Mary Ann and Martha Patsy. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died about 1890.-
