Perry R. Rash 
Perry R. was born about 1780. Perry R.'s father was Joseph Rash and his mother was Mildred (Milly) Isbell. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Rash and Mary Warren; his maternal grandparents were James Isbell and Frances Tompkins Livingston. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William, James, Thomas, Son, Nancy, Mary Elizabeth (Betsey), Mary and Daughter. He died in Pulaski County,Kentucky.General Notes
Perry and Nancy are in the Wilkes census on Beaver Creek with a son and two
daughters. They left NC by 1820. Nancy's parents moved to Pulaski County,
KY in 1811 and it is probable that the Perry Rash family went with them.
