Stephen A. Powers 
Stephen A. was born on January 11th, 1825 in Warrick County,Indiana. Stephen A.'s father was John D. Powers and his mother was Sarah Blackford. His paternal grandparents were Isaac H. Powers and Abigail Davis; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Blackford and Elizabeth. He had three brothers named William, Joseph and Samuel D. or. He was the youngest of the four children. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named John Dennis, Hannah Lewisa, Lavina (Vina) Jane and Abigail. He died at the age of 27 on January 24th, 1852.-
