Lanthy S. Pierson 
Lanthy S. was born on March 29th, 1814. Lanthy S.'s father was James Weathers Pierson and her mother was Lanthy Shockley. Her paternal grandparents were Shadrach Pierson and Rachel Clinch. She had three brothers and two sisters, named William F., Barton Stone, Samuel S., Rachel and Sarah Sally. She was the second oldest of the six children. She had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named David Morgan, James Madison, Henry Clay, Lanthy Jane, Rebecca Jane, Sarah Lucretia and Cynthia Ann.-
