Rudolph Miller 
Rudolph's father was John (Hans Rudoplh) Miller and his mother was Anna Maria (Pluss) Bliss. His paternal grandparents were Conrad Miller and Christina Gehm; his maternal grandparents were Jacob (Pluss) Bliss and Ann Maria Nieserer. He had two brothers and a sister, named Henry, Samuel and Mary Ann. He died about 1924 in Oakland,California.General Notes
According to notes from Morton Miller, Rudolph left Ohio for California where he became a wealthy man and left his estate to Randolph Miller, his nephew.
from another note of Carolyn Miller Powers: Settled near Chillicothe, Ohio. He attended Northwestern University of Oda, Ohio, taught school in Ohio, went to Vellejo, CA, 20 miles east of San Francisco on Bemica Road. Sent for his nephew, Rudolph to take care of him in old age and be his heir, which he did.
