William McQueary 
William was born on May 4th, 1806 in Reddies River,Wilkes County,NC. William's father was William McQueary and his mother was Nancy Ann Shepherd. His paternal grandparents were John Macquarrie and Miranda Stout; his maternal grandparents were Robert Shepherd and Sarah Rash. He had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Allen, Pleasant, Jesse, Humphry, Polly, Sarah, Rebeccah and Nancy. He was the third youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 54 in 1860 in Lived in Springfield,Missouri.-
