Homer Hughes 
Homer was born on March 11th, 1882 in Davies Co.,MO. Homer's father was Benjamin Franklin Hughes and his mother was Elizabeth Eunice Duncan. His paternal grandparents were William I. Hughes and Mahala Rodgers. He had three brothers and four sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Claude, Willard, Jessie, Stella, Bertha, Bessie Pearl, Isola Ethel and infant. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 81 in 1963.-
