Hezekiah was born in Abt 740 BC. Hezekiah's father was Ahaz and his mother was Abijah. His paternal grandfather was Jotham. He was an only child. He died in Abt 696 BC.General Notes
REIGNED: King of S.Kingdom from 727-696
d. c.686 B.C., king of Judah (c.715-c.686 B.C.). The successor toAHAZ, he
resisted two invasions by SENNACHERIB of Assyria. He was one of thebest of
Judah's kings, abolishing idolatry and listening to ISAIAH and MICAH.
