Louisa Emily Julia was born in 1849 in of,Highclere,Hampshire,England. Louisa Emily Julia's father was Charles Frederick Herbert and her mother was Bessie Newenham Stuart. Her paternal grandparents were William Herbert Reverend and Letitia Dorothea Allen. She had two brothers and three sisters, named St Leger Algernon, Allen William Henry, George Frederick, Hilda Augusta and Beatrice Mary. She died at the age of 40 in July 1889.General Notes
