Richard Hampton 
Richard was born in 1688 in Hampfield,Gloucester Co,Virginia. Richard's father was Capt John Hampton and his mother was Mary Mann. His paternal grandfather was Rev. Thomas Hampton. He had three brothers named Thomas, John and William. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 78 on December 22nd, 1766 in Fauquier Co Virginia.-
