Jules Felicien HUGUENIN

Jules Felicien was born on February 15th, 1840 in Arc-Sous-Cicon,Doubs,France.  Jules Felicien's father was Charles Fredrick HUGENIN and his mother was Maria Frances GILLARD. He had three brothers named Aimable Augustin, Edouard and Adolphe Delphin.  He was the youngest of the four children.
