Olaf II Gudrodsson 
Olaf II was born about 0770 in Norway.1 Olaf II's father was Gudrod 'Mikillati' King of Vestfold and Roumarike Halfdansso and his mother was Asa Haraldsdottir. His paternal grandparents were Halfdan 'Huitbein' King of the Uplanders of Sweden Olafsson and Asa Eysteinsdotter. He had a brother named Halfdan 'the Black' King of Vestfold, Agde and Sogn. He was the older of the two children. He died in 0840.1 General Notes
