Sallie A. S. was born on June 29th, 1857 in Pomaria,S. C..1 Sallie A. S.'s father was Flavius Josephus Glymph and her mother was Nancy Harriet Reid. Her paternal grandparents were Lemuel Glymph and Sarah Kinard; her maternal grandparents were William Reid and Suzannah Hentz. She had two brothers and a sister, named William Lemuel, Bachman Hentz and Mary Elizabeth. She had five half-brothers named Andrew, Ben, Hayne, Robert and Thanch. She died at the age of 38 on September 9th, 1895 in Vaugh,Hill Co.,Texas.1 -
