Godgifu (Goda) of was born about 1004 in Wessex,England.  Godgifu (Goda) of's father was Ethelred II "The Unready" King Of ENGLAND and her mother was Alfgifu (Aelflaed) Queen Of ENGLAND.  Her paternal grandparents were Edgar "The Peacable", King Of ENGLAND and Elfrida (Elfthryth), Queen Of ENGLAND; her maternal grandparents were Thored Ealderman GUNNARSSON and Mrs-Thored GUNNARSSON. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named Athelstan Prince Of, Egbert Prince Of, Edmund II "Ironside" King Of, Edred Prince Of, Edwig Prince Of, Edward Prince Of, Edgar Prince Of, Edith Princess Of, Elfgifu Princess Of, Wulfhild Princess Of, Miss Princess Of and Miss Ethelred Of.  She was the youngest of the thirteen children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Alfred Prince Of, Edward III "The Confessor" King Of, Goda (Godgifu) Princess and Aethelreda Princess Of.  She died in 1055.

‌Godgifu (Goda) of and Walter Count of Vexin were married in a religious ceremony in 1025 in England.  They had a son and a daughter, named Ralph 'the Timid' Earl of Suffolk and Adela.
