Humphrey VIII was born in 1276 in E of Hereford &,Essex.1 He died in at Battle of,Boroughbridge,Yorks.1 General Notes

Constable of England. In wars in Scotland, taken prisoner in 1313/14 at
disasterous battle of Stryvdin. He was exchanged for wife of Robert Bruce.
In 1320/21, he raised forces against Hugh Despencer & joined in
insurrection incited by Thomas, Earl of Lancaster to banish the
Despencers. He was killed at battle of Boroughbridge in Yorks where his
party was defeated.
‌Humphrey VIII and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on November 14th, 1302.1 They had two daughters named Agnes and Margaret.

Margaret was born in of Powderham,left to,Philip.1 She died on December 16th, 1391. She was buried in Exeter Cathedral.1 1
