Leon , Sr. was born on April 2nd, 1898. Leon , Sr.'s father was John Burrey and his mother was Alice Mary Miller. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Burry 2 and Mary Ann Carr. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Starley Preston, Orva, Elmer LeRoy, Neva and Margaret. He was the third youngest of the six children. He had two half-brothers named George , Jr. and Leonard Charles. He died at the age of 70 in 1968.-
