Elizabeth S. Barton

Elizabeth S. was born in 1820 in Zanesville,Muskingum County,Ohio.  Elizabeth S.'s father was Joseph Laurence Barton and her mother was Elizabeth C. Pierce.  Her paternal grandparents were William Barton and Mirabeau Laurence.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 79 in 1899.

‌Elizabeth S. and Thomas were married in a religious ceremony on June 5th, 1852 in Muskingum County,Ohio.  They had a son and two daughters, named James Barton, Eliza Barton and Julia Barton.
