Joshua was born on September 23rd, 1636 in Of,Concord,Middlesex,Massachusetts and his baptism took place in Of,Watertown,Middlesex,Massachusetts. Joshua's father was Henry BROOKS and his mother was Grace WHEELER. His paternal grandparents were Mr. BROOKS and Miss BRADFORD. He had twelve brothers and three sisters, named William, Gilbert, William, John, Caleb, Gersham, Timothy, Thomas, Hugh, Samuel, Joseph, Isaac, Hannah (Anna), Sarah and Martha. He was the fifth youngest of the sixteen children. He died at the age of 62 on October 10th, 1698 in Of,Dorchester,Suffolk,Massachusetts.General Notes
