Joseph Aubuchon Dit was born on February 12th, 1659 in Trois Rivieres, Quebec. Joseph Aubuchon Dit's father was Jacques Aubuchon and his mother was Marguerite Itasse. His paternal grandparents were Jean Antoine Aubuchon and Catherine Lemarchand; his maternal grandparents were Jean Poisson and Barbe Broust. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Jacques, Pierre, Rene, Jeanne, Marguerite and Marie Anne. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 63 on October 5th, 1722 in Sorel, Quebec.-
