John I Plantagenet, known as "Lackland", was born on December 24th, 1167 in Lings Manor House, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹   He died at the age of 48 on October 19th, 1216 in Newark, Nottinghamshire, England.  He was buried in 1216 in Cathedral, Worcester, Worcestershire, England.¹
