John Conkling 
John was born about 1598 in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England. John's father was William Conkling and his mother was Ruth Hedges. He had two brothers named Cornelius and Ananias. He was the oldest of the three children. He died on February 23rd, 1694 in Huntington, Suffolk, Long Island, New York.
