Roger Carminowe 
Roger was born about 1240 in Trenowyth, Cornwall, England. Roger's father was Roger Carminowe and his mother was Sara Hornocote. His paternal grandfather was Robert Carminowe; his maternal grandfather was Gervis Hornocote. He had two brothers and a sister, named Gervis, John and Maud. He was the oldest of the four children. He died in 1308 in Bodmin, Cornwall, England.
‌Roger and Joanna were married in a religious ceremony about 1266 in Hertland, Devonshire, England. They had eight sons and three daughters, named Minanus, Richard, Oliver, Reginald, Roger, Thomas, Walter, John, Matilda, Margaret and Joan.
