Sibyl De Boulogne 
Sibyl De was born about 1151 in Boulogne, Normandy, France. Sibyl De's father was Pharamus De Boloin De Tingrie and her mother was Matilda. Her paternal grandfather was William Of Buckingham. She was an only child. She died about 1225.
