Adele de Blois' father was Theobald III de CHAMPAGNE COUNT OF BLOIS 4 and her mother was Maud OF CARINTHIA.  She was an only child.  She died in 1206.

‌Adele de Blois and Louis VII were married in a religious ceremony on October 18th, 1160.¹   They had a daughter named Adele (Alix).
