Thomas HUGHEY

Thomas was born about 1758 in New Castle, Delaware.¹ Thomas' father was John HUGHEY and his mother was Mrs. Elizabeth HUGHEY. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John Jallon, Luis, William, Benjamin, Joseph, Elizabeth, Sally and Jean. He was the second oldest of the nine children.
