William Henry BILLINGSLEY 
William Henry was born on October 11th, 1758 in BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD. William Henry's father was James BILLINGSLEY and his mother was Elizabeth CRABTREE. His paternal grandparents were William BILLINGSLEY and Mary Saunders SUMNER; his maternal grandparents were William CRABTREE II and Mary Pyke. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Samuel B., James, John, Walter, Brazil, Elizabeth, Claranna and Martha. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He had a half-brother named Samuel.-
