Mathilde De was born in 1130 in Of,,Bourgogne,France.  Mathilde De's father was Hugues II "le Pacifique" De Bourgogne and her mother was Mathilde De Mayenne.  Her paternal grandparents were Eudes I "The Red" of Bourgogne and Sibylle (Mahaud) de Bourgogne; her maternal grandparents were Gautier IV MAYENNE and Aelina de Presles. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Eudes II Duke Of, Gauthier De, Hugues De, Robert De, Henri De, Raymond De, Aigeline De, Sibylle De, Ducissa De, Aremburge De and Mahaut De. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Raymond Of, Mathilde and Aigline De.  She died before November 29th, 1172.
