‌Joseph and Ruth were married in a religious ceremony on September 13th, 1716 in Watertown, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts.¹   They had six sons and two daughters, named Joseph, Josiah, John, Nathan, Henry, Samuel, Ruth and Lydia.
