James David Youngblood 
James David was born on December 26th, 1873 in Pike Co., AL.1 James David's father was Hezikiah Robertson Youngblood and his mother was Lula Adaline Bolton. His paternal grandparents were David Youngblood and Matilda Talbot; his maternal grandparents were David Bolton and Elizabeth Ann Benneker. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Jacob Webster, Donald Cleve, Robert Lee, Laura, Elizabeth and Minnie Lee. He died at the age of 73 on October 31st, 1947 in Pike Co., AL. Foye Rushing informed me on 19 Aug 1995, that Uncle Jimmy sang in the
church, mostly the bass. He would come in strong on the bass parts.
