SUMMERLIN Died at Fuller's X Roads, on the 8th day of Dec.1898. Mrs.
Docia Summerlin, wife of Mr. Smith Summerlin, has crossed over the dark
shadow and valley of death. She leaves an aged husband who has long
passed his three score and ten, five attentive daughters and two loving
sons,and a host of relatives &d friend to mourn her loss. She was a
member of the Primitive Baptist Church. (The Gleaner-December 16,1898)
