Her paternal grandparents were James Wood and Mary Reneau; her maternal grandparents were Henry Logan and Martha Ann George. She had four brothers and three sisters, named James Henry, Richard, Comodore Decatur, Jr, Ellis, Martha Ann, Sarah Jane and Louisiana. She was the oldest of the eight children. She had a half-brother named Elie. She died before 1864 in St. Louis, MO.1 -
