William Henry White

William Henry was born on April 23rd, 1843 in Hanover, Coosa Co., AL.¹   William Henry's father was Robert Alexander Major White and his mother was Elizabeth Ann Blankenship.  His maternal grandfather was John Buck Blankenship. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Larkin Farean, John Lloyd, Thomas Joseph, Milly Elizabeth, Carrie Angelina, Mary Adeline, Jane Catherine and Alabama.  He was the third oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 80 on September 23rd, 1923 in Coosa Co., AL.  He was buried in Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Coosa County, AL.^1 1 

‌William Henry and Sarah Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on September 12th, 1865 in Coosa Co., AL.¹   They had a son named John Larkin.
