Caroline Elizabeth was born about 1838 in Dallas Co., AL.1 Caroline Elizabeth's father was Willoughby Eugene Todd and her mother was Eliza Elizabeth Bogan. Her paternal grandparents were Josiah Todd and Nancy Asbill. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Robert, Thos A. Jefferson, Penelopy Frances, Amelia Ann, Emmaline, Cassandra Ann and Mary Ann. She had two half-brothers named Lewis Jefferson and John F.. She died in probably TX.1 General Notes

Carrie Todd was one of the group that came from AL to TX in 1872. She
resided with Bryant Spradley and Emmaline Todd Spradley initially. On 28
September 1894 she married George Dickens (Dickinson or Dickson) in Milam
County, TX. Her name may be Carrie Elizabeth or Caroline Elizabeth.
‌Caroline Elizabeth and George were married in a religious ceremony on August 28th, 1894 in Milam Co., TX.1
