DAVID THOMPSON 
DAVID was born on December 17th, 1592 in St Andrews, Plymouth, Devonshire, England.1 DAVID's father was RICHARD THOMPSON and his mother was FLORENCE (Cromwell) CROMLAN. His paternal grandfather was RICHARD THOMPSON; his maternal grandfather was JOHN CROMLAN. He had three brothers and a sister, named Richard, Golde, Moses and N.N.. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 46 in 1638 in Piscataqua, Rockingham Co., New Hampshire.1 
DAVID and AMIAS (Amyes) were married in a religious ceremony on July 18th, 1613 in St Andrews, Plymouth, Devonshire, England.1 They had three sons and four daughters, named Miles, Samuel (Maverick), JOHN, Ann, Priscilla, Ann and Mary (Maverick).
