Jane Summerlin 
Jane was born on April 9th, 1840 in Montgomery Co., AL.1 Jane's father was Smith Summerlin and her mother was Martha A. Spradley. Her maternal grandparents were Bryant A. Spradley and Frances Payne. She had three brothers and three sisters, named William E., Columbus M., Bryant J., Marilda, Louisa E. and Rachel M.. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Thomas Lawrence, Sarah Malinda, Barbara Ann Lucinda Elizabeth and Georgana Frances Victoria. She died at the age of 84 on September 2nd, 1924 in Rutledge, Crenshaw Co., AL.1 General Notes
