James Stanford Skinner

James Stanford was born on April 23rd, 1868.¹ James Stanford's father was Josiah Washington Skinner and his mother was Martha Ann Moss. His paternal grandparents were Josiah S. Skinner and Leah Garrett. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Joseph Washington, William Lafayette, Pittser Miller, Sr., Mary Lewellen, Martha Lee and Mossie. He was the second youngest of the seven children.
