Joseph Wayland Shoup

Joseph Wayland was born on November 8th, 1914 in Erath Co., TX.¹ Joseph Wayland's father was Arthur Warren Shoup and his mother was Lela Virgie Miller. His maternal grandparents were Henry Miller and Amanda Jane Castleberry. He had two brothers named Noel Emerson and Calvin Arthur. He was the oldest of the three children. He died on November 8th, 1914 in Erath Co., TX. He was buried in Upper Greens Creek Cemetery, located behind Greens Creek Baptist Church in Erath Co., TX between Dublin and Stephenville..¹¹
