Tabitha Antonett was born on November 4th, 1847 in Macon Co., AL.1 Tabitha Antonett's father was John A. Sears and her mother was Tabitha Jane Buckner. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph S. Sears and Elizabeth Searles; her maternal grandparents were Wiley W. Buckner and Judith Tapley Handley. She had a brother and three sisters, named Joseph Wiley, Mary Catherine, Elizabeth Francis and Martha Thomas. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 51 on March 9th, 1899 in Coosa Co., AL. She was buried in Sears Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery, about 1 mile n. Coosa Co., Rockford, AL.1 1 -
